Privacy and personal-information requests
Use the subject line “Privacy Request” and identify the request—access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, appeal, or opt-out—and the email address associated with your contributor sign-in, if applicable. Do not email weather-station API keys, API secrets, passwords, precise home coordinates, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information. We may request limited information to verify identity and authority before completing a request.
Station data and safety concerns
Use the subject line “Station Report” and include the public station link, the issue observed, and relevant dates. Community readings may be delayed or inaccurate and are never official emergency warnings. For immediate weather or safety concerns, contact the appropriate emergency service or official weather authority.
Advertising, legal, and accessibility
Use the subject line “Advertising,” “Legal Notice,” or “Accessibility” so the request can be routed appropriately. This email channel is not an emergency service and does not provide individualized legal, medical, aviation, marine, construction, or weather-safety advice.
